DENSO Manufacturing Tennessee has a tradition of supporting and nurturing the community around us with donations of both time and money.
As a community gift when DENSO was established in Maryville, the company was instrumental in establishing three local school foundations to help teachers fund special programs.
Sharing resources with high schools, college and universities, a Leadership Development Academy
mentoring program for middle-school students or scholarships for graduating high school seniors helps build skilled, talented individuals who will take all of us into the future.

DENSO’s emphasis on the environment around us presents ongoing opportunities for youth visiting our three-acre EcoPark that hosts an annual Waterfest
for their eco experience.

Since the company’s 1988 establishment in Maryville, DENSO has promoted a key non-profit that reaches the greatest number of local people in need – the Blount County chapter of United Way. Our associates, who have volunteered for numerous United Way of Blount County fundraisers
and added their own donations, have helped make DENSO one of the largest contributors annually to the local United Way campaign.
